• Social Dinner on 18/09/2026 (accompanying guests: €60 per person)
• Electronic access to the Post Conference Proceedings

At least one author for each accepted paper must register as 'Regular', and attend and present the paper at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will be excluded from the proceedings and the conference program.

Conference cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by sending an email to cferri@dsic.upv.es. This cancellation policy applies to the registration fee and will be subject to the following cancellation charges:

• Cancellations made up to 20 Aug 2025, are subject to 50% cancellation charges.
• No refunds will be given for any cancellations made on or after the 21 Aug 2025.
• Substitutions of delegates will be permitted, and all name changes must be emailed to cferri@dsic.upv.es

In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the venue, dates and programme.
